Hi, I’m Michelle – founder of Peak Mental Health Counseling LLC. I’m really glad you’re here.
My career started at one of New York City’s top infertility clinics, where I supported people navigating the complex process of building their families through third-party reproductive technology. I screened egg donors, matched them with intended parents, and helped guide both through a deeply personal process. That early experience continues to inform how I approach my work with clients today, with care, curiosity, and respect for each person’s unique story. Over the years, I have also worked in academic and corporate settings, helping students and professionals manage stress, burnout, and significant life transitions. My approach combines evidence-based tools, such as CBT and mindfulness, with a deeper, more exploratory lens. I often draw on psychoanalytic ideas and utilize imagination as a creative means to understand hopes and desires. I’m warm, collaborative, and direct. I believe in meeting people where they are and working together on what matters most to them.

Hi, I’m Jennifer. My personal experiences with grief and loss led me to a career in social services. I started in case management, supporting adults with developmental disabilities and their families, before transitioning into reproductive health. After learning about a friend’s struggle with infertility, I was inspired to become an egg donor—an experience that ignited my passion for the field. Since then, I have dedicated my career to conducting psychological assessments for gamete donors and gestational carriers. I also support intended parents as they navigate the complexities of family building through third-party reproductive technology and provide psychoeducational sessions on discussing donor conception with loved ones. I hope that my personal and professional experiences in reproductive health empower my clients to feel informed and confident throughout their family-building journey.

Hi, I’m Alicia! I have a Master’s degree in Business and spent many years working in the corporate world. However, my own experiences with infertility and adoption inspired me to pursue a career in counseling. I’m passionate about educating and meeting folks where they are on their family-building journeys. Supporting my clients as they navigate the unique experiences of parenting children who are donor conceived or adopted is work I deeply enjoy. I hope to provide a compassionate and supportive space where you feel heard and empowered.
