At Peak Mental Health Counseling, we specialize in reproductive mental health, offering psychoeducational consultations for intended parents, in line with ASRM guidelines. You can choose from individual or group educational counseling sessions based on your preference.
We also support mental health practitioners in the field of third-party reproduction through professional consultation and clinical analysis, helping them gain confidence and skills. Additionally, we collaborate with fertility clinics, agencies, and attorneys across Illinois and beyond to provide comprehensive psychological assessments for donors and gestational carriers.
Gestational Carriers (GC) Assessment

Psychological assessment of a gestational carrier candidate and partner (if applicable), conducted in accordance with ASRM guidelines.
Gamete Donor Assessment
$400
Psychological assessment of an egg or sperm donor, including a clinical consultation and a summary provided to the clinic.
Intended Parent (IP) Psychoeducational Consultation
$295
One-time ASRM-aligned psychoeducational consultation for intended parent(s) using donor gametes or a gestational carrier.
Intended Parent Consultation for Donor and GC
$450
The intended parent(s) will use a donor ANDÂ gestational carrier to build their family. Meetings typically last up to ninety minutes
Cohort Meeting
$375
Facilitated group session with all participants in an independent journey to support alignment on expectations, roles, and communication.
Personality Assessment Inventory (PAI)

Administered when required as part of donor or gestational carrier screening.

Independent Matches OR matches that were arranged without the help of an agency require three appointments:

Insurance is not accepted for third-party reproduction consultations, as these are one-time psychoeducational services.
