Family Building & Third-Party Reproductive Counseling
At Peak Mental Health Counseling, we specialize in reproductive mental health and family-building support for individuals and couples navigating IVF, donor sperm or egg donation, surrogacy, LGBTQ+ family building, and single parenthood by choice. We offer psychoeducational consultations for intended parents and other participants in third-party reproduction, in line with ASRM guidelines.
We also provide clinical consultation for mental health professionals working in reproductive mental health and third-party reproduction, as well as psychological assessments for donors and gestational carriers in collaboration with fertility clinics, agencies, and attorneys.
Gestational Carriers (GC) Assessment

Psychological evaluation of a gestational carrier candidate and partner (if applicable), conducted in accordance with ASRM guidelines, including administration and interpretation of the Personality Assessment Inventory (PAI).
Gamete Donor Assessment

Psychological evaluation of an egg or sperm donor, including a clinical consultation, administration and interpretation of the Personality Assessment Inventory (PAI), and a written summary provided to the fertility clinic.
Intended Parent (IP) Psychoeducational Consultation
$295
One-time ASRM-aligned psychoeducational consultation for intended parent(s) using donor gametes or a gestational carrier.
Intended Parent Consultation for Donor and GC
$450
The intended parent(s) will use a donor AND gestational carrier to build their family. Meetings typically last up to ninety minutes
Cohort Meeting
$375
Facilitated group session with all participants in an independent journey to support alignment on expectations, roles, and communication.
Personality Assessment Inventory (PAI)
$165
A standardized psychological assessment used as part of donor and gestational carrier evaluations to provide additional insight into emotional functioning, coping, motivation, potential external pressure or coercion, and other areas of clinical concern.
