A one-time consultation exploring the emotional, relational, and practical considerations of family building through donor conception or gestational surrogacy, including decision-making, treatment planning, disclosure, and expectations.

Personality Assessment Inventory (PAI) 

An online multiple-choice personality assessment used as an additional screening tool for egg/sperm donors and gestational carriers. It can help identify areas that may warrant further discussion, including motivation or external pressure or coercion.

Donor Sperm Educational Group

A monthly psychoeducational group for single women and same-sex female or queer couples considering family building with an unknown sperm donor.

Gamete Donor Psychological Assessment 

A psychological assessment for an egg or sperm donor that includes a clinical consultation exploring relevant personal, relational, and family-building considerations. A written summary is provided directly to the fertility clinic.

Gestational Carrier Psychological Assessment 

A psychological assessment for a gestational carrier candidate, with partner participation when applicable. Includes a clinical consultation exploring relevant emotional and practical considerations, and a written summary for the fertility clinic or agency.

Group/Joint Meeting 

A facilitated meeting with all participants in a known or independent family-building arrangement to support alignment around expectations, roles, communication, and the relationship moving forward.
